Coaching has proved to be an effective tool in developing people. As a co-traveller in the journey of change, we help create awareness and support you throughout the process.

Our focus is on developing new managers and mid-level managers to help build and strengthen their management skills. We support their efforts, as they transition from being individual contributors to managing teams, by helping them identify work habits and behaviors that need to change.

We are also ready to work with any individual who would like to see a change in their working habits and relook at areas that are limiting their career.

The Coaching Process

As a coach, our job is to create awareness of the behaviour and its effects, work through how you can change it, through the four steps listed below:

  • Define
    Through the art of questioning, we seek to understand your need for change and if required, use assessment tools like DiSC or 360 degree feedback tools like TILT to gain further insight.
  • Decide
    We work with you to define the problem and get an agreement on what you would like to change.
  • Design
    We help you design action plans and set goals.
  • Devise
    We work through the plan and support you as you make the change

Duration - Any change in behavior or work habit needs time. Therefore we suggest a time period of 3 to 6 months for coaching, during which coaching meetings will be held at regular intervals based on your need.
